Fatherly and Scary Mommy are proud to introduce Parents @ Work, a joint initiative designed to help organizations recruit, retain and support employees with kids. Based on our rigorous 148-point criteria, we created a certification program that evaluates companies on how their policies, benefits, and cultural practices improve outcomes for working parents. After careful consideration, we’re proud to introduce our first cohort of the Best Places To Work for Moms below. This honor roll, presented alphabetically, is not nearly exhaustive. We encourage any companies interested in getting certified to reach out.
